Punching Dies for Labels
We manufacture punching dies for labels with a closed contour for punching machines of different manufacturers as:

PGV (ОRТО); PVE ; PGF; NО; punching dies for the shoe and leather industry
The three-piece die consists of :
1. Base plate
2. Slitting knife
3. Punching knife
Here some specifications:
- Number of punches : ca. 5-6 million punches on paper 80 gr/m².
For other material it depends on the contour and the paper.
- Maximum contour size : 230 х 320 mm
- Material of the knife : Steal HSS
- Steeliness of the knife : up to 60 - 62 HRC
- Height of the Knife : from 50 mm to zu 100 mm (depends on the type of the punching machine)
- Minimum radius : 0,2 mm
- Standard tolerance : +0,1/-0,2 mm.
- Possible tolerance on special order : 0/-0,05 mm
- Cutting angle of the knife : 24° +/-2° (for paper 80 gr/m²)
